eom-dev software package provides Eye of MATE graphics viewer program (development files), you can install in your Debian 9 (Stretch) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install eom-dev
eom-dev is installed in your system.
Make ensure the eom-dev package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep eom-dev *
You will get with eom-dev package name, version, architecture and description in a table
